David’s practice focuses on real estate, including run-of-the-mill real estate transactions, complex 1031 Exchanges, and real estate litigation. David has assisted numerous clients over the years with selling the family farm when the family no longer farms and no longer wishes to act as a landlord.
David has represented numerous landowners in partition actions, which is a type of lawsuit used to either divide or sell real estate that is owned by multiple parties who each own an undivided fractional interest in real estate and cannot agree on how to utilize the land.
David’s family farm has been in his family since 1904 and he understands the importance of ensuring the land goes to a worthy owner when an owner makes the difficult decision to finally sell the land.
